Delete My Data from EventHeave
EventHeave processes some of your personal data. When you install and sign up in the EventHeave app, you agree with our General Terms and Conditions and receive information regarding the collection and processing of your data.
Your personal data will be stored as long as you have an active account. To request access to your personal data or transfer of your personal data. Please contact our Support team. Head to the contact page.
To delete your data, please follow these steps in the EventHeave app:
- >Log in to the EventHeave App
- >Go to your profile
- >Look for "Delete Organiser profile"
Afterwards, your personal data will be deleted from the databases related to what is provided for your organiser profile and not necessary for your attendee profile, unless such data is required for accounting, dispute resolution, or fraud prevention purposes.
