Our Refund Policy
Refunds may be facilitated under the following conditions:
- The event is canceled or rescheduled by the organiser.
- The event is affected by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Severe or extraordinary weather (such as flood, earthquake, or other acts of God);
- Fire, war, pandemic, epidemic, insurrection, terrorist act, riot, accident, or emergency;
- Government action, restriction, or directive that makes the event impossible to hold.
If any of the above occurs:
- EventHeave will assist Buyers in facilitating a refund from the Event organiser.
- Refunds are subject to the organiser's refund policy and applicable deductions.
- Payments are processed through third-party payment service providers, and refunds may take 3 to 15 working days to be completed.
- EventHeave shall not be held liable for any delay, denial, or amount of refund, as final responsibility for refunds rests solely with the organiser.
- Service charges and processing fees are non-refundable.
- Organisers are responsible for notifying buyers of any cancellations or schedule changes.
